- Minimum share capital of 10,000/- Deposit contribution of at least 1000/-
- A multiplier of 3 times member deposits.
- Loan processing fee at 2% and the insurance fee at 1.5%
- Ksh. 1,000 – Ksh. 30,000 at 1% repayment for 12 months
- Ksh. 30,001 – Ksh. 100,000 at 1.1% repayment for 24 months
- Ksh. 100,001 – Ksh. 300,000 at 1.2% repayment for 36 months
- Top up at 6%
- Guaranteed by at least 4 guarantors
